International delivery

International delivery: [TO CONFIRM: £9.95] flat rate. Expected arrival: 5–10 working days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country.

Dispatch times

In-stock orders placed before [TO CONFIRM: 2pm] Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. You can also find tracking details in My Account.

Local pickup

Delivery problems

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, first check tracking and with your local sorting office. If it’s been over 10 working days for UK or 21 working days for international, get in touch and we’ll investigate.
