Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Under UK consumer law you have the right to return unwanted items within 14 days of receipt.

Return window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you’d like to return it, and a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with original packaging and any tags attached. For hygiene reasons, darts that have been thrown cannot be returned unless faulty. If an item is returned in a reduced condition, we may deduct a handling fee from the refund.

How to return an item

  1. Email [TO CONFIRM: returns@westlondondarts.com] with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll reply with a returns reference and the return address.
  3. Post the items back to us using a tracked service — we recommend keeping proof of postage.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the items, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty or we’ve sent the wrong item, the cost of return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. For faulty or incorrect items, we’ll cover the return cost and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3–5 working days for the refund to show on your statement.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.

Statutory rights

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
