Can I return or exchange something?

Yes — you have 14 days from receipt to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund or exchange. See Returns Policy.

What dart weight should I buy?

Most adult players throw between 22g and 26g. Heavier darts (25g–28g) fly straighter and suit a softer throw; lighter darts (20g–23g) suit a faster release. If you’re unsure, 23g or 24g is a safe starting point. Pop into the shop and we’ll help you find the right weight.

What does “90% tungsten” mean?

Tungsten is denser than brass, so higher tungsten % means the dart can be thinner for the same weight — tighter groupings on the board. 80% tungsten is entry-level, 90% is the sweet spot for most serious players, 95%+ is premium.

Steel tip or soft tip — what’s the difference?

Steel tip is for traditional bristle boards (most pubs, leagues, homes). Soft tip is for electronic boards with plastic segments. The two aren’t interchangeable — make sure your darts match your board.

Do you ship internationally?
